If you think about any home-improvement project you’ve completed recently, you’ll probably agree that one task very frequently leads to another. This was especially true for our work on 333 Commerce.
While no building is more iconic in Nashville’s skyline than 333 Commerce, the building’s owner sought to attract a diverse range of new tenants.
sky design worked in tandem with our partner TVS Design to ensure this project’s success. TVS re-envisioned the outer plazas, lobby experience and auxiliary building, while we re-imagined the building’s overall character with brand new naming conventions, logo marks, and branded assets.
We went on to create updated templates for marketing and leasing collateral to invite future tenants to their new home. The success of those design efforts led to updated site signage, exterior building signage, and fresh, new interior signage and wayfinding.
Then the client hired our team to create a pop-up leasing and experience center on one of the unleased floors to truly demonstrate the potential of the floorplate to potential clients. Our sleek, minimal exhibition space is perfect for tenant tours, informing viewers of the building’s history, and celebrating the new amenities 333 has to offer.
sky design went on to replicate that success on a larger leasing center within the Auxiliary building. That installation expanded on our initial work and uses scaffolding partitions with fabric graphic wraps, floor graphics, and seating areas for an enhanced guided tour experience.
Lastly (for now!), sky design collaborated on redesigning the exterior plaza, enhancing its functionality and connection to the surrounding urban fabric, while reinforcing the building’s refreshed identity.
