The City of Decatur was one of the first metro-Atlanta cities to implement a comprehensive community identity and wayfinding program. Working with their team, our designs pulled in elements of the Arts & Crafts architectural movement and craftsmen-styled architecture with unique features such as amber glass lanterns and clean, yet detailed pylons.

Thoughtful and intentional placement capitalizing on the most well-traveled and significant entries into the city became the priority for our wayfinding strategy, with subsequent phases infilling with secondary and tertiary sign types.
