Georgia State’s original mission was to be a downtown community college. Today, this University is exactly that: a behemoth in downtown Atlanta, activating spaces and bleeding blue into the minds of students, and we’ve been grateful to be along for the ride.
The balance of Academics and Athletics is critical in multi-use spaces like GSU’s Convocation Center.
Informative, Dynamic, Celebratory, Appropriate - all critical qualities in a multi-use stadium-like corridor where students, guests, and athletes all traverse.
From 2015 to 2020, we collaborated with
Georgia State University (GSU) to audit and update signage at
five regional campuses. This began with a full audit of Georgia
Perimeter College (GPC) campuses before the 2016 merger with
GSU, creating a university with over 50,000 students. We aligned
signage with the GSU brand through retrofitting, temporary signs,
and new installations. Our efforts to update and brand all GSU
campuses are ongoing.
