Located in the Westshore Business District in Tampa, Florida, MetWest is a mixed-use property with a great location that needed a signage refresh. Due to the relentless burn of the Florida sun and the coastal conditions, a strong attention to technical construction and specifications were required. In addition, the solution needed to blend both the retail and restaurant friendliness with the professional atmosphere of Class A office towers. Coral-inspired details, frond-inspired graphics, an intentional use of multiple sand colors, and accents of gold and ocean blue were selectively used to complement the architecture and feel like Florida.
