sky design worked closely with landscape and architectural design teams to reinvigorate Regent Partners’ hidden gem: North Creek. To help this office building stand out in the extremely competitive Buckhead market, each discipline worked towards amplifying North Creek’s “park-like setting” by using tones of warm wood, raw steel / warm charcoal, and white paneling.

Our designers assisted with the brand extension through exterior and site signage, creating a finish palette that was warm and refreshing, and most importantly aligned seamlessly with the contributions of the landscape and architectural designs.

In analyzing the site, we worked with the full team to take advantage of the existing monuments’ scale and proximity/visibility to the roadway. The new signage was a retrofit of the existing forms, which provided cost-savings to the client.
