We are often asked to provide guidelines or standards packages; sometimes, we are providing exhibits for property managers to understand where signage is allowed by code and to what scale, – other times, we are creating guidelines for future signage to align to the property’s aesthetic direction. With this scope of work, one of our favorite developers asked us to create standards for ALL property managers to use as a visual textbook and manual; this textbook outlines the brand aesthetic of the developer and all their future properties for holistic method of brand alliance that goes beyond city code.
